All orders from the GNOME shop are created using a print on demand company, all products are unique and produced per order. Due to this, and the limitations of our print suppliers, returns or exchanges are not supported for incorrect order issues such as wrong size or color.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and we are no longer able to edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, GNOME is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering the right information at the time of your order.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any manufacturing errors or print issues with the order. If your order has any of these errors please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order.
